Conservation Work DayBack to Events
16 Nov 2018 - 16 Nov 2018
If you’re interested in volunteering with us then this is a great introductory taster day to learn more about how we manage the reserve and its diverse habitats. Even if you are not looking for regular volunteering work then this a great ‘one off’ day to get stuck in and help out with important habitat management work and a great excuse to meet new people and do your bit for conservation.
Join our Reserve Manager and Reserve Wardens, working on scrub management in our wetland and grassland habitats. Work will include willow bashing and cutting. There will also be a bonfire, weather permitting.
