Family Fun at Pensthorpe

You and your family can get closer to nature with lots of fun and interactive activities to see and do.

Try pond dipping and discover what creatures live in ponds and then identify them in our specially designed pond.

Feed the birds with special food available for land and water birds from our Shop. (Other foods may harm the birds).

Binoculars are available to hire so you can get even closer to wildlife.

 

 

 

 

 

Our NEW Wild on Wildlife booklets is packed full of ideas and activities for children to develop their love of the great outdoors, you even get the chance to win a FREE family day out. Activities include: The Wildlife Tracker Trail, which leads children around the reserve collecting stamps and finding facts for their booklet. Once all the stamps are collected you get a free gift.  Have fun Spotting the many varieties of birds and tick them off in the booklet and there are plenty of ideas to do at home as well.
