Mission Statement

Pensthorpe Conservation Trust is dedicated to farmland, wetland habitats and wildlife. We aim to promote the study and understanding of native and endangered species within our natural landscape.

Our vision is to be actively involved in conserving the countryside and wildlife in the Wensum Valley (a Special Area of Conservation and SSSI) and by using our avicultural experience to help with the reintroduction of native and migratory species including, corncrakes, turtle doves, red squirrels and Eurasian cranes.

Our ethos at Pensthorpe is to inspire current and future generations to protect and enjoy nature by encouraging them to learn and play in the countryside.
