Why not consider booking a volunteer day at Pensthorpe Natural Park?
Our volunteer days offer something unique. It gets you way from the traditional team building activities you may have experienced, out of the office and doing something to benefit wildlife in the Wensum Valley.
When do volunteer days run?
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:15am – 4pm, all year round.
What will you do?
Tasks depend on the time of year but a typical day would consist of habitat management, lopping, sawing and burning of overgrown scrub.
What will you need?
Current tetanus vaccination, old clothes, sturdy boots / wellies, hard wearing gloves and waterproofs. All those taking part will be asked to attend a Health & Safety briefing in the morning.
What will we provide?
We will provide lunch and refreshments on the day.
