Pensthorpe Conservation Trust
Started in 2003, the Pensthorpe Conservation Trust plays a pivotal role in ensuring the park and its inhabitants will be around for generations to come. Working with partner organisations, it strives to be a centre of excellence for habitat management and restoration, and the conservation of bird species.
Our Grade II listed Five Cottages building overlooks the picturesque lakes here at Pensthorpe. It’s got three flexible spaces, ideal for meetings, retreats, conferences and special occasions – we’re also an approved venue for marriage and civil partnership ceremonies.
Our volunteers and work experience students are an integral part of life at Pensthorpe. From individuals to organisations, they keep our nature reserve and gardens looking they’re best and support our visitors, while learning something new.
